RETURN POLICY
Here at GitUSum Advanced Beauty Care we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with the hair and body lovin that you purchase from us. When you are happy with our products we know that you will not only repeat purchase, but also recommend them to your friends and family and they in turn will do the same.
We ask that you please understand that a refund cannot be issued for changing your mind. I'm gonna be perfectly honest with you, if we issue a refund simply for a change of mind doing so repeatedly could impact our ability to keep our doors open and to pay our staff who love their jobs and work diligently behind the scenes to provide the products that you enjoy.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When your lovin arrives, please take time to inspect the shipping container for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. The shipping carton may show some wear from the package being handled by the postal service however, if any damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Customer Service between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST., Mondays through Friday and they would be more than happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We know that you are excited and eager to receive your products. To ensure that you receive your lovin fast, once your order is received by our shipping department they immediately package it and send it out. It is because of such that we can not Cancel or Exchange your order once it has been submitted.
